Sylvanian Families Royal Wedding - Where To Buy

About The Sylvanian Families Royal Wedding Inspired Set

A must-have for collectors, this limited edition set includes 5 special rabbits and a beaver. First we have the bride and groom. Chocolate-eared bunnies William Balmoral and Catherine Chocolate are all set to tie the knot in traditional style. The bride chose a glossy white organza gown set off with a string of pearls and a long net veil. The groom went for the classic look in a full morning suit of grey trousers and dark jacket.

Every wedding needs a master of ceremonies. The rabbit couple are to be joined together in holy matrimony by Reverend Kelvin the beaver, suitably sombre in his black shirt and white collar. Louise and Amelia Periwinkle make lovely little bridesmaids in lilac dresses with bows on their ears. Last but not least we have the James the cheeky pageboy, looking sharp in his navy jacket and gold tie.

The Sylvanian Wedding Celebration Set will hit the stores before the real Royal Wedding in April.

A Bit About Sylvania...

A runaway success story, Sylvanian Families has been keeping little ladies and collectors happy since 1985. The range has blossomed from a small collection of rabbits to a huge tribe of woodland creatures that inhabit the idyllic land of Sylvania. Where does the name come from? The word ‘sylvan’ means ‘of the forest.’ Over the years, the rabbits have been joined by a whole host of other cute animals. Beavers, hedgehogs, mice and bears now live happily alongside cats, dogs, penguins, monkeys and even meerkats. Sylvanian Families isn’t just about the bunny figures and their friends.

The idea is to create an entire world with playsets that include everything from country cottages to mansions. Teeny pieces of furniture and tons of accessories are also available, giving the range plenty of appeal for avid collectors. The Sylvanian Families Wedding Celebration Set is one of the latest releases from the range.

The Real Royal Wedding...

The nation is about to witness the most significant Royal Wedding since Charles and Di were wed in 1981. Wills and Kate are going to say ‘I do’ on Friday April 29th at the magnificent Westminster Abbey. Wills has revealed Harry will be his best man but Kate has vowed to keep her dress under wraps until the wedding. The couple want the whole country to share in the celebration so April 29th has been declared a UK public holiday.
